These terms apply when you use birdspikes.store and when you buy from us. Using the site means you accept them. We can change them, and the version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.

Bird Spikes USA is a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd, Company registration (Thailand) 0765554000332. Our usa administration office is 4602 E Thomas Rd, Suite B4, Phoenix, AZ 85018, United States.

Orders and prices

• Prices are in United States dollars and are shown on the product page and in the cart before you pay.
• Shipping is added at the cart, at the rates on our shipping page.
• An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by email, and we can decline an order, for example where a price or a stock level is wrong.
• Spike strips are sold by the 20 inch length and there is no minimum.

Returns

Our refunds and returns policy is part of these terms. There is no general federal cooling-off period for buying goods online in the United States, so that policy is what governs a change of mind, and it is published in full.

Using this site

The text, images, illustrations and other material on this site are for your own personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy, redistribute, sell or republish them without our written permission, and do not use the site on behalf of another business without asking us first.

Do not upload or transmit anything through this site that carries harmful code, that is defamatory, obscene or discriminatory, or that infringes anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights.

You need to be 18 or older to buy from us. If you are under 18, use the site only with a parent or guardian.

Fitting what we sell

Everything here is fitted by the customer. Spike strips go on with adhesive, screws or cable ties; netting and mesh are cut and clipped; the gel needs a caulking gun, which is not included. Work at height is your responsibility, and we say so because a parapet is where most of these products end up.

Liability

We are responsible for what the law makes us responsible for and no less. We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, for loss caused by fitting a product in a way its instructions do not describe, or for business losses. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the state you buy from, and nothing here limits any right that law gives you.
