Shipping

We ship across the United States. Everything below is the same figure the cart charges you, and the same figure on every product page.

What it costs

• Free on orders of $75 or more.
• $22.00 flat on orders below that.
• Express Shipping at $22.00, available on any order. It is a paid upgrade, so it is charged even on an order that already qualifies for free shipping.

How long it takes

5 to 7 days, after a 24 to 48 hour handling time. The handling time is the part before it leaves us: picking, packing and booking the carrier.

Tracking

You get an email with a tracking number when the order ships. For logistical reasons items in one order can be sent in separate packages, so a partial delivery is not a missing item; the tracking will show both.

Anything else

Email theteam@birdspikes.store and a person will answer. If your order has not arrived inside the window above, tell us and we will chase the carrier.
